I ordered a chicken mandi. But I got a glorified half cooked ghee rice with some spices, i mean two elaichi,and one clove, and chicken fry with some masala on top. And leftover raita and gravy of biryani got served as dippings, which is totally inappropriate with mandhi. You could have provided mayo at least. I have no idea where the kebab came from? And I got a complementary chicken soup as a starter, which got served along with the main course. I'm totally confused.

I suggest your chef watch some YouTube videos of proper preparation of mandhi. Some homemakers can cook better than this.

And the money you are charging for this cooker biryani rice is too much. 900&2000 for chicken and mutton mandhi, respectively.

Waited only 10 minutes for getting a bill after eating the food that got received after 30 minutes of placing an order. I think zomato delivers faster than this.

I recommend the Noorjaha team to visit some authentic mandhi restaurants in Northern kerala or hyderabad for experiencing the real feel of a mandhi. Then, if you can reproduce at least 60% of the quality and do justice to mandhi, you can go on with this. Otherwise, it's better you people remove this dish from your menu and give preference to your biriyani varieties.

Went here knowing that we will get mandi raipur. We went as a group of 2 people, but we were informed that we cannot get half mandi for 2 people, so we ordered full mandi for 4 people. So after a long wait of 1 hour got the mandi. I am speaking from my experience of eating authentic mandi from many places, this is not the authentic mandi they say. The price of mandi is 900 rs, it says for 4 people but it only contains 2 medium pieces, 2 small pieces and 3,4 very small kebab pieces, so how can the food be equal for 4 people?? 900 rupees is a huge loss this is just like a Biryani nothing special .The service is very poor, there are many staff's but no one has a clear preference for anything. Pathetic dining experience, very arrogant waiter , on the very start before ordering i specifically instructed to waiting staff plz bring Biryaani asap, and ordered which can be brought later on but after waiting 45 minutes the captain came and informed me that he can't serve chicken kashmiri ( cause he forget to convey my order to kitchen) that too he was very rude and unapologetic towards me despite waisting so much of my time. After full on rudeness they served me biryaani after 50 mins this is when the whole restaurant was empty with just 3 tables occupied in afternoon hours of around 4 pm. They haven't learned from mistakes of MADRASI hotel - they were doomed because of rude and chapri waiting staffs. Food is average nothing special, u can get the same food everywhere in Raipur.
