Worst experience of my online food ordering.

Amid the lockdown my daughter was craving for some nonveg -unable to move out I ordered chilly chicken

I usually get half plate from Noorjahan which I find always sufficient for 3 of us

So thinking of "Indian Chilly Square" I ordered one full plate chilly chicken online from Zomato.

Upon receiving the food parcel I felt it's too light and questioned the Zomato delivery guy

He answered I believe it's what you have ordered

I had clearly mentioned in my cooking instruction "Gravy needed" which was blatantly ignored and supplied with a dry dish

It didn't even had 12 pieces of chicken for a full plate - the pieces where too small

Of all I gave more than 3/4th of the pieces to my daughter The lil child even complained to her mother "Mom it's too less I want more"

ICS had ruined one of my evening A father cannot tolerate tears or sadness on the daughters eyes.

We have food to eat in our house that's our daily needs But when we order from outside that's because of our wants. A change of taste

But this change of taste was too bitter for me and my family.

Once I had dined with my family in ICS and that was am ok ok experience and for which I have given ICS 4 🌟 but I am writing today and re-reviewing my review On the bottom is my original review

They have lots of dishes in their menu but they dont actually have those dishes and couldn't serve few items I asked for. Their way of serving food is weird. The food taste were bad and they as I has aksed for Daal Palak they had mixed the palak paste it it (or it could be the green color in Daal) which was actually different than the actual daal palak where generally the spinach (palak) leaves in the daal and it is cooked with the spinach leaves and taste deliciously. The gravy of Rajasthani kofta was full of other things i generally call it kachara that you dont want to eat. Ghe taste as usual was not good. The chicken shami kabaab was also too oily andntasteless. At last I ordered mojito which was served in a normal glass of serving water (pics attached) and didnt had a taste of mojito rather it tasted like lemon water with lots of mint which spoilt the taste of this last thing also. Over all don't go by name and the interior only just. This is a big restaurant wherein their cood don't know how to cook and serving is also wierd likewise. I won't visit this restaurant again and dont recommend any one to visit. Moreover we were the first person at that evening and after that only 3 couples in the restaurants till we left at...

Worst ever experience had in this restaurants , i placed my lunch order, in that Dal Tadka was tasting bad , then I informed the manager about that he said he will get it replaced with the new one so I told him by the time you get a new Dal Tadka our lunch will be over so just cancel it as we had only one spoon of that order , he forcefully insisted to get that replaced with new one , we waited also , by the time that when he brought our food was over , we then asked him to cancel , then he started saying that we don't have a policy to cancel any item you order we will parcel it , I again said I will not pay for that as he already bought a bill adding that item , he was totally refusing it to get that thing cancel as I am a regular outside eater I told him this is not done with the behavior , but the manager is not listening anything and also some person was shouting like hell there , the presence i feel there was totally pathetic , hope that they should care about things and they should also accept the fault & mistake they make , POOREST & PATHETIC Experience...
