MOTI MAHAL PRIME RAIPUR — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

We went here listening to all the hype and reviews of a new good pure veg fine dine. However it turned out to be completely opposite. We reached during lunch time in a weekday. The entire premise was empty with just one section where a kitty party was going on. After five minutes we were able to get hold of the manager for us to get seated as all the waiters were busy serving the group.

The manager wanted us to sit beside the party table where the group was seated. When told that they are making way too much noise and playing games and we asked him to get us seated somewhere else, he straight away denied stating that the AC in all the other parts are not working and we are not able to get hold of the technician to repair the same. I asked them that we can't sit beside them as there is too much noise he said you only have this option. We were helpless and we had to leave the restaurant without eating. He was so careless that he had no regret in denying us the table and was ok with it.

The manager needs to be trained well or changed. This kind of attitude towards the customer won't get you business. The owner of the restaurant or the person handling this page needs to take...

Plz don't go highly overarted.they say dal makhani 1920 or whatever it is tasteless every other dish is tasteless.mohiimahal chain opened their restaurant for third time in raipur first it was in 36 mall they couldn't maintain it was closed but the food was good both veg and non veg they also served beer like in other chains finally it was was closed in one year..then they opened an outlet in the food court of magneto mall both veg and nonveg.then also the food was very good they still closed I don't no why..now they opened in Shankar nagar i too live in Shankar i immediately visited because of the memory of food but this time its disastrous..don't visit it's a wastage of...

I am regular at Moti mahal and enjoy thier monchow soup and hara bara kabab . Today I ordered dumplings or momos post my starters and soup . They made me wait for 45 and my momos did not turned up . After 4 follows I did not get confirmation . I asked one person to call floor manager and he did not turned up . They don’t have a basic etiquette to come and say sorry . Very pathetic leaders . I just asked person serving to give me bill for the food that I had and came out without making noise . Very poor Next time if somebody goes he should order regular item only which probably they are good at serving .. I would better take food from food court than...
