My experience was very very bad there 👎👎
Actually, the serving person was so rude. We just asked for extra sugar, and he passed by very angrily, murmuring something in his regional language. It was quite obvious for us to understand that he was showing rudeness and anger towards our demand. Not only this, he proved our assumption right when he bought the sugar and kept it so carelessly in the table, far away from us. It seemed as if he threw the bowl of sugar in the table and went off.
It was genuinely very disappointing gesture to be recieved from such a famous chain of restaurant.
I also communicated this to the manager but they didn't even think it right to atleast apologise. They didn't uttered a word of "sorry".
And let me also mention it that, this behavior has already happened with me couple of times in the past in Indian coffee house itself.
It's actually a shame on them. This is not how any person in this world should be served. My mother always says that, serving food with love and respect should never be compromised because Ann "अन्न " is something so holy in India that everything should be kept with grace and respect. अन्न को देवता की तरह माना जाता है। Par Indian coffee house mei toh anaj ka aur aaye hue customers dono ka hi apmaan Kiya jata hai.
Last time when the waiter was rude towards us, I was quiet and thought that let it be. But it happened again. Aur pta nahi aage bhi ho. So thought of writing a detailed review.
Costumers never visit and pay their hard earned money to recieve rudeness in return. If a person while performing his own duty gets angry and frustrated time and again and a show continues disrespect in return to the demand of customer, then I want to ask, why is he even in the profession? Unacceptable, pathetic, disappointing, worst and very very rude. Shame on your behavior Indian...
Read moreI recently visited a restaurant that truly brought back the nostalgic vibes of the 90s with its charming décor and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I stepped in, the service was top-notch—staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall warmth of the place. The coffee was a highlight, brewed to perfection with just the right balance of flavor.
However, the food left something to be desired. I ordered the rawa dosa, which unfortunately was quite average. The dosa itself lacked the crispness I was expecting, and the flavors didn’t quite pop. But what really let me down was the sambhar. It felt like the weak link in the meal, lacking the depth of flavor and spice that usually ties the dish together.
While the ambiance and service were fantastic, the food, especially the sambhar, could definitely use some improvement. Still, it’s worth a visit if you’re in the mood for a trip down memory lane, especially for the coffee and the...
Read moreSo, I first time visited this particular branch of Indian coffee house with one of my collegue but when I entered the place so it feels ok to me, well guess what when we chosed a place to sit for at that point of time I'm very upset with the service, as they don't even take our order for about 15 minutes also they they serve a small bottle of water for us, also the food is decent enough because I got a pebble in my mouth also they didn't even provide me cutlery. In the end my collegue got frustrated and I also got guilty because it's my idea to visit the place for lunch so, if anyone wants to try that particular branch of the hotel so I don't recommend it because of you go to other branches of the same then you get properly treated there and yes the first thing they would for u is they serve of with chilled glass of water and they would likely to ask for your order without...
