It’s restaurant cum bar situated inside hotel grand Neelam last I visited hotel Gand Neelam for birthday party during that visit I saw it has cafe and bar so decided to visit next time and time arrived yesterday we suddenly plant to visit here it has inside and outside sitting area but during rainy season outside is not good option and inside is also not up to mark price of any drink and food is too expensive and service is very slow there is also parking issue inside space is not large if there is any function in hotel Neelam you have park outside as per price the cafe looks very expensive and so such specialty there many other options in same price in other cafe which give you...

Dingy dark. Only fit for couple who wish to hide thier identity. Overly priced for the food quality they serve. Very very poor servicing due to lack of staff. Worst of all, payment counter is actually a bar table! Yes inside a big banquet hall they have this place where u need to go get the bill and swipe Ur card... No woman can feel safe in such setup.
