Cafe Oriza- Hyatt Raipur — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I am really disappointed by the quality of Hyatt in Raipur. They are probably paying influencers to write reviews. The cafe it was practically empty when we arrived. We should have sensed it then. Just ordered a soups and kebab. The soup was cold and not tasty the kebab came cold. We returned the kebab and asked to cancel. Then they waited 10 mins to bring the bill and tried to say we are making a new one. You can’t trick your customers this way so the service was not minimal but plain untrained staff. The soup tasted like frozen or brought from out from packet, if you have the guts to price your food you should get decent chefs and staff to run your restaurant’s. Very bad experience... Below average ambience.. with low AC.. very slow service of food.. and cold food... Even roti/naan were not hot... It took 2 hours for 4 items to prepare on a weekday when only 3 customers were there... Also below normal was the taste.. even a road side dhaba will give better taste... Rates are super high.. Nothing was according rate... No ambience no service no food.. .. Even a tissue paper/ Napkin was not available.. complete waste of...

Excellent location. Quality of service and quality of food and choices is great. Buffet breakfast was at par with any hotel as far as the freshness and taste of the food items is concerned. Staff is very well trained -- very much around the guests to cater to any needs but at the same time totally non interfering . Bar is well equipped , open and spacious and is a good experience.
