KFC — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

KFC needs to see this!

The quality of the food is deterorating and I strongly suggest KFC to have a check, particularly on this branch (KFC Magneto) I used to admire this place once for its Rice Bowls but from last one year the taste has been bad, feels more like 'Haldi-Chawal'. Few months back, I'd even told this to one of the staff but he couldn't provide a satisfactory reply. So I just thought of posting it here.

Having tasted KFCs of different states also, I've never found 'taste' to be an issue, having said that, when it comes to Magneto Branch, it is really NOT upto the mark. Additionally, not having many branches in Raipur leaves with me with no other option.

Dine-In dated 20.07.2019 @ KFC Magneto Went to the counter to order and they could not take any kind of digital payments apparently due to some technical issue (kadak note chalta hai). Then, they also didn't provide the bill, again due to some technical issues. Then came the (most important) food which DID NOT taste any good. It was just NOT Finger Lickin' Good in any way whatsoever. The oil used in the Veg Zingy Burger was literally smelling bad. The Rice Bowl with Veg Strips was just another 'Haldi-Chawal' with Strips which were even more awful. My friend had ordered Smoky Grilled Chicken the size of which was minute (not even small). He also had Rice Bowl which was again 'Haldi-Chawal'. At last, I had to ask them for the bill which was given to after waiting for about 15-20 minutes.

I highly suggest you to look into your food and if you find it fine then have a thorough check on your taste buds because if you continue with what is being served, I think more of such reviews shall flood in. I don't really know about the sales figures of this particular branch which could be exemplary showing you all the profits on your books but I can assure you that none of it is because of the taste but is because of being an only branch.

And remember, best customers are ones who tells you the truth on the face, and good ones, well they find another good restaurant! (Waise bhi mummy bolte hi rehti hai ki ghar ka khana hi khaya kar..sahi bolti hai)

If You are a food lover and enjoy eating chicken then this place is for you only. KFC serves one of the best chicken all over the world and so does here. You must carry at least ₹200 for one person to have the lowest priced menu item. Though sounds a little expensive but the taste is worth it. This KFC restaurant has a proper sitting, clean washroom, beautiful walls, air conditioned and they will even celebrate your B'day playing songs and giving you some extra discount. About discounts.....Every other day they have discounts on some of the items in their menu. The cuisine is freshly served hot and tastes yummy. The chicken is perfectly cooked, soft from inside and crunchy from outside. A limited amount of spices and herbs are used to flavour so don't expect so much spicy. It just simple and yummy at the same time.
