I don't understand why this restaurant has such a high rating, these are for surely fake/paid ratings.(some reviewers have mentioned that manager is forcing to give good ratings in front of him) I went there because of the good reviews, but my experience was not good.

We went for dinner, but the food wasn't great. We ordered several dishes, and the Masala dosa was served cold, along with cold sambhar and watery chutney. The buttermilk was initially salty, and when we asked them to change it, they just added more water. The Pavbhaji and other dishes were just okay, but nothing seemed freshly cooked.

Besides the food, the service was terrible. We had to ask the waiter multiple times for things, and they still didn't serve us promptly. Our service was so bad that we even left the restaurant without paying the bill, and no one noticed. We eventually went back to pay the bill. The service was really terrible.

We also ordered two thumbs up drinks, and they served them in a packaged bottle with an MRP of 20 rupees, but they charged us 40 rupees on the bill. Charging more than the MRP on packaged food is not right.
