Dariya Darshan Hotel — Hotel in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu

Stayed there for two nights with a single room of 5 occupants.

The experience was not much pleasing. Here are some cons:

Untidy rooms, beds not comfortable, old building Washrooms were not clean, they didnt even bother to clean it before giving us the charge. Swimming pool is so small hardly 3 people could stand in it. Water was stinking with no cleanliness. Room lights were malfunctioning. We raised the issue since we occupied the room but they didnt fix it The staff was not enthusiastic to serve. Total carelessness. This hotel only relies on business if other hotels r running full Extremely high rates esp. on weekends and no value for money

Pros: The staff is so careless, they might forget to charge for services provided :D Orchaestra available on weekends was the only good factor Breakfast was ok ok..

In short only go there if you are not finding any other...

The moment you step in to Darya darshan , Daman. You feel some thing like your own place. Though on main road of Nani Daman the inside the campus is quiet and tranquil. Property is 31 years old but well maintained. Rooms are specious and well appointed. All necessary accessories are their. Room service is prompt. It does have wel stocked bar. This season you can have good food and drink with big screen live telecast of IPL and then World cup. They do have good banqueting facilities for marriages and conferences. The lawn is quiet big and parking is ample. Staff is courteous and politie. The General Manager Mr. Amit Dasgupta is gem of a person and makeyour stay utmost comfortable. If you get a chance to meet the owner of the property Mr. Naveen Feta, you will appreciate how down to earth the soul is. So in Daman visit...

Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed at! 5K per night and the room cannot even justify 500 rs. per night standards! Shower was broken, windows are covered with wooden pieces, not entirely though. Toilet seat was broken completely. Swimming pool was dirtiest, if you’d go in, you’d come out all greasy and itchy. No towels were provided, had to call for it. Cleanliness is better at 1K per night hotels compared to here. No refrigerator service. Staff is not at all interested to serve better. Plates were dirty, did not even have morning coffee as it had impurities clearly visible. Hygiene was nowhere to be found. I did not enjoy a single minute there, had to shorten my trip due to high priced rooms plus worst...
