KASUMBO, Fine Dine And Restaurant — Restaurant in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu

Recently visited the Restaurant on Sunday evening for Dinner. Food Test- 5/5 Presentation- 4/5 Service- 1/5 (The reason behind this are, When we entered the restaurant,we waited at the reception for 5-10 min but no one came for the registration for wait list Or to guide us to the table. Strange table appointment philosophy. They have several capacity tables from 4 pad to up to 12 pax. We were 6 adult plus 2 child. We requested for the table at least for 8 pax. They refused that 8 pax table is already occupied and you must take 6 seat table + 4 seat table even though there were 12 seater table was available they asked us to seat in 2 different table as there may be some group of 10-12 pax coming in evening. We agreed as we were very hungry. By the time we complete our dinner there were around 6-7 cases where people left the restaurant just because their suitable capacity table were occupied however not all the table were utilised. Strange that management really wants to do the business or they are simply relying on the persons working. If you need anything You have to ask the service person several times like water...
