Behrouz Biryani Noida Sec 41 — Restaurant in Dadri

After getting lured by billboard of behrouz biryani and superb write up on web site, I could not resist and ordered Dum gosht biryani king....and just finished it with my daughter. Sorry, the experience was so bad that immediately after having meal, I m writing reviews. Packing/ presentation was good. Portion - enough Now the taste - if you go through there write up like 2000 yrs back recipes unearthed ....etc. etc. fried onions so much in quantity that it seems you are eating onion biryani...some of the mutton chunks Were rubbery ... seem from belly. Balance of ingredients were missing... infact it was used too much . Aroma of ghee were missing.

You need to improve a lot regarding taste... there is no wow factor in fact . Sorry guys!

Biryanis are pure love for every foodie and I ain't no different, so when I was on night stay with friends pampered myself by ordering one for myself.

I ordered subz-e-falafel biryani. The delivery was on time and the box was a meal in itself with biryani, curd and  one gulab jamun. The fragrance was just mesmerizing. The biryani was so fresh & hot. It had small cutlets and masala topped with flavoursome rice along with sliced almonds. The actual tatse of the biryani was a bit less spicy compared to many other biryanis(which at times kills the actual taste) but was very flavourful, I could taste all the flavours & spices independently.

The main star of the dish are the small cutlets which give the biryani a bite and masala & combined with curd it was just burst of flavour in mouth.

The gulab jamun was also hot, but tasted just okayish.

Overall a very good experience full satisfaction of taste buds must say, will definitely try other items...

Hi guys, Yesterday I ordered from a well known outlet- Behrouz biryani. They have many outlets among various cities and I had heard a lot about it so thought to try it. I tried this thing from their menu- Shahi gosh dastarkhwan. It contains biryani, murgh kafta and lassi kind of drink. I also had gulukand shots. Taste vise biryani could bring out essence of all the ingredients put into as we are well aware that it is made of nav ratna. The dry fruits were used in good amount. Murgh kafta was little more spicy. Lassi was almost ordinary in taste. I would give 5/5 ratings to the dish as they were so attractive and tasty. However, gulukand was my favorite part. The right amount of sweetness and amazing presentation in a small and cute glass. Overall, everything was delectable. Trust me, the it tasted like real mughlai cuisines. Highly...
