This is how they have served smoothie today. When I asked for a glass and ice in which they usually serve this , I got a reply “ glass hai nahi, dho k lata hu” . Before this my money got deducted from the app but the order got declined on the app. Faced hassle for it for SO LONG! Placed another order for hot chocolate again and this time got served watery textured instead of HOT AND THICK textured hot chocolate . The tables around me , table 11 and 13 were dirty for over an hour and got cleaned only when they served the so called hot chocolate. The outlet isn’t even overcrowded but the staff here today is incapable . Never faced such issue before with any of the lady staff as I come here regularly for my office work and study. But today back to back events like these made me take a decision to never ever come to this outlet ever again! We pay premium prices not to get below par services

The store spreads over two stories, with several two-seater tables on the ground floor (where their counter and display is located), and the bulk of the tables upstairs. The washroom is also located upstairs. Note that the staircase is steep, and each step fairly narrow, so be careful going up or coming down. We ordered a cappuccino and an americano, with a mushroom cream cheese croissant to share. The coffees were topnotch, but the croissant was underwhelming: too greasy, limp and underseasoned.

Always a fan of their coffee, I really was excited to try The Blue Tokai in sector 50, and it truly lived up to its reputation. A quaint, nice coffee shop situated amongst the hustle and bustle of the sector 50 market is great to sit and have a coffee, hang out with friends, take family, or even sit and read a book in peace. It has seating on the ground floor along with the first floor as well. Best part is that they have a tie-up with Suchali’s Artisan bakery, and we just loved their savouries and croissants along with the Blue Tokai coffee!

Always a fan of their coffee, I really was excited to try The Blue Tokai in sector 50, and it truly lived up to its reputation. A quaint, nice coffee shop situated amongst the hustle and bustle of the sector 50 market is great to sit and have a coffee, hang out with friends, take family, or even sit and read a book in peace. It has seating on the ground floor along with the first floor as well.
