Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Policy
Visited this restaurant last weekend with two friends, looking for a dine-in option in an area with limited choices. Upon asking about offers, the staff informed us that we could avail of a 1+1 offer on biryani through their app. Since the restaurant was completely empty (7-8 vacant tables), we assumed we could order and eat there.
However, when the food arrived, it was handed to us in a brown carry bag, the same used for Swiggy and Zomato deliveries. When we informed the staff that we intended to eat there, they refused, stating that the offer was only for takeaway. We even suggested eating directly from the packed containers without requiring plates, but they still didn’t allow us, citing “company policy.”
Despite an empty restaurant, the manager insisted we couldn’t eat there. Even after offering to order desserts from the menu, they still refused. Left with no choice, we had to eat our meal outside in a nearby residential park—only to realize that the food itself was a disaster. The biryani was overly salty, and the paneer biryani had a terrible smell, making it almost inedible. Had we eaten inside, we could have at least asked the chef to taste it and see the problem firsthand.
Overall, a complete waste of money and a frustrating experience. If a restaurant has a dine-in space, it should be utilized rather than enforcing such an illogical policy that leaves customers feeling cheated. Would not recommend this...
Read morePros - The restaurant was completely empty so we got a table easily out of the total 4 tables available. Interiors were decent.
Cons - Malabar paratha was a disaster. Not even half cooked. Size less than that of a small puri. It was like a kachha chapati of maida. Nothing served with it. The vegetables in the premium veg biryani were not cooked properly. Upon asking the waiter cum front office staff went to the kitchen, came back and said "Sir main dekh aaya sabhi sabjiyan gali hui Hain. Ek do reh gayi hongi jo aapke mein Hain." And he went. Nothing authentic in the taste of Biryani. The quantity of the biryani was also less. The paneer quality was not good. I believe the paneer being used there is pure synthetic. The rayata served was a packed one and meagre in quantity (INR 10/- wala vanila cup in size). It was sour and not cold. Upon asking, the waiter was kind enough to change it. After all this when we said give some discount in return of such an experience. The waiter said - "Discount toh nahin ho payeya". All in all feeling cheated after spending INR 430/- for a below...

We ordered a mutton biryani and received the most insipid, tasteless meal ever produced. To boot, we got undercooked mutton, in which you could see the rawness. Ofcourse, we refused to eat it, so what we did end up with was boiled rice for 600 bucks!
The Shammi kabab too - not that they bother to make it themselves . All they do is take one of those frozen packets , fry it and serve it to you. But the place is such a disaster that they couldn’t even get that task accomplished - the kebab still had ice inside them.
Any decent food place would have offered not to bill for food that they accepted was inedible. But not this place! A full bill for absolute bakwaas.
Save yourself , your family and your money. Avoid these guys...
