Always check the bill and the count of food items before you pay and leave the shop respectively. This particular hira sweets shop of sector 50 has a tendency of making bill of 50,100 rupees more than the actual amount, and along with that they have a tendency of skipping one or more food items while packing and after returning back home you will find that u paid more and got much less than what u paid.Today I faced a very disgusting behavior from Hira sweets of sector 50. Exactly this thing happened with me.I went there in the evening and ordered, one piece samosa, 1 piece chilly paneer roll, 3 pieces mushroom patty, one piece pizza and 150 gms pineapple barfi.they charged me 295 rupees. On returning back home I found that they have not given me the pizza. I called them, they first denied and said that they gave me pizza. On being said repeatedly that they didnot give pizza but charged for it, they started asking me questions like, when did I visit their shop, what were the other items I bought and right at that time they said that my actual cost should have been 245 and as because I claimed that I paid 295,I must have bought some other items too and thus to clear their doubt I will have to produce bill.now after the security checked my bill, I didnot carry it and threw it away in bin. But they said that they need the bill and then only they will hear about my complain. On being asked the reason of charging me 295 while my actual bill should have been 245,the one who claimed as manager said that it was my responsibility to check before paying. It is a big mess in this particular Hira shop regarding both billing and packing items. They charge more and pack less and later on deny everything. Be very aware...
Read moreI recently visited Hira Sweets Restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The service was incredibly slow, likely due to the lack of sufficient staff members. Despite having a packed floor, their service was below average.
The initial order of Pav Bhaji arrived, but to our disappointment, the bhaji portion was insufficient. We had to wait for the waiter to return, which took around 5-10 minutes, and when he finally did, he took the plate away without addressing our request for extra bhaji. Although the pav was still on the plate, we wanted to order more bhaji, but our opportunity was missed.
Throughout our meal, we experienced further delays and inconsistencies in service. The plates and water glasses were not adequately provided, resulting in a 15-20 minute wait for a glass of water. Even a simple soft drink order took an additional 15-20 minutes to arrive.
The overall service at Hira Sweets Restaurant fell well below expectations. The slow and inattentive service, coupled with the mishaps in fulfilling orders, hindered our dining experience. It is unfortunate to have such a disappointing encounter, especially when dining out with family.
I hope the management of Hira Sweets Restaurant takes note of these shortcomings and takes steps to improve their service quality...
