Bercos Spectrum Metro Sector 75 — Restaurant in Dadri

Our experience at Bercos was a mix of highs and lows. The Chinese-themed ambiance set a pleasant tone for our dinner. The assorted veggies momos were good, though not outstanding, and the corn cheese spring rolls stole the show with their delightful taste. Unfortunately, the pad thai noodles disappointed with an overly sweet and excessively spicy profile.

The attentive staff quickly addressed our concerns, offering to re-prepare the noodles, which we declined. To balance the meal, we opted for a choco lava cake with Vanilla ice-cream for dessert. While the dessert was only average, it played a crucial role in offsetting the intense spice from the noodles.

The waiter promptly apologized for the noodle issue, and to our surprise, the dessert was complimentary during billing, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction. It has been almost a decade that we have been visiting Bercos in Delhi NCR owing to its authentic taste. Unlike Kolkata, where we have dozens of authentic Chinese restaurants good Chinese restaurants suiting our taste and pocket are fewer Delhi NCR. Over the last 2years we have been ordering 9nline from Bercos Noida and it was quote good. Yesterday we went to dine in at Sector 74 Bercos after almost 2 years with family for lunch and it was complete mess. The food was awful and we were shocked that how a good brand cam also falter if the cook is not upto the mark. The chicken sizzles was just pathetic my daughter had it for the 1st time in Delhi and would never experiment it she said. All the preparations were too of sauce and missed the flavours of authentic Chinese. We have decided nor to dine again and will only order online and in evening possibly to get a benefit of a more trusted hand. I had a fantastic dining experience at the Chinese and Thai food restaurant located at Spectrum Metro, and a significant part of that was thanks to our server, Mania. She provided exceptional service from the moment we walked in until we left. Mania was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. She ensured that our drinks were always topped up and checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything else. Her friendly and attentive demeanor made our dining experience even more enjoyable, and we felt well taken care of throughout the meal.
