First of all, they had no cheese, but we went ahead and asked them to prepare our sandwich without cheese. Then, at billing time, before generating the bill and giving it to us, the server asked for the money. In good faith, I paid him in cash. He asked for 605, which was reasonable for 3 subs, so I did not give it a thought. When he gave me the bill, it said that bill was 575, cash paid 605, and he has to return 30. I pointed this to him, he says 30 rupees is GST. When I pointed out that 575 already included GST, he grudgingly agreed. So I said, give me my change of 30 rupees. I was told that the cash till was locked and he did not have the key. I found this unbelievable. I said, I will give you exact change, return my previous amount. Just imagine what would have happened if I had paid by electronic means? BE WATCHFUL OF THE BILL. We tend to forget about it once the order is delivered, but if not careful, these servers will make a lot of money on the side. Am sure the exact amount was visible to him on his billing screen even before the bill was generated and given to me.

Read moreUsually i have never had any complaints with a subway store but there is always a first isn't it. Well Noida Sector 50 branch is the worst service experience. I visited at later in night to avoid crowd in this pandemic era and much to my expectation it was open and very few people were there. I asked for my order straight away. Now begins the bad service experience. Even after asking for a person for my order none of the three people were listening to me. Instead they were busy talking with each other. After sometime I was about to leave but a swarm of delivery boys crowded the area. Almost 10. There is no social distancing and none of the subway staff is concerned about this. To top that they are making their orders before me. After some time they get to me and start making my order. Now i have ordered a veg corn and peas and due to lack of few common things the veg stall is sharing things with the non veg stall like cheese, sauces and even veggies. Also no page of sauces is displayed, Am i supposed to learn the 10 different kinds of sauces that you offer?

Read moreThe quality of subway went south in this branch. There are lot of problems in this particular subway branch. For instance,
the guy who made my sub was wearing very dirty subway polo shirt. Subway uniforms are black but this one was dusty and the black colour turned brown with all the dirt.
2.they were talking loudly and very casual behaviour. While making my sub, the guy was continuously talking to a female employee(probably hitting on her). I had to tell him twice each ingredient because he wasn't listening to me while making my customised sub.
As I was giving the bill while a thin female employee was crediting through my card. A huge delivery guy came in front where i was standing and starting chit chatting with that thin employee he was hogging all the space in front of me.That delivery guy put some register in the tray where my sub, cookie and drink was placed.
