KFC — Restaurant in Dadri

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order through Zomato from KFC. Upon receiving the food, I noticed a foul smell coming from the chicken, indicating that it was unsafe for consumption. This is extremely concerning as I trusted KFC for its consistent quality and safety, regardless of location.

I have already raised this issue with Zomato’s support, and the response offered was a coupon worth ₹150 for my next order. However, this resolution does not adequately address the seriousness of the issue. The food was clearly unsafe, and I expect more than just a partial compensation for future orders.

Moreover, neither Zomato nor KFC has responded appropriately to my concerns, and this lack of accountability is unacceptable. I kindly request that this issue be looked into immediately, and I demand a full refund or appropriate compensation for this incident.

Given KFC’s global reputation for quality, I am shocked by this experience, and I urge you to take swift action, including investigating the store in question to prevent any further occurrences.

KFC outlet is at Sector 63, is spacious and the parking option is good. The staff at counter know there work and listen to clients and deliver as per requirement. (We asked for freshly cooked chicken from the recent lot and the same was served). The place is spacious and clean. This time we felt the chicken pop corn rice has less quantity of rice and the gravy was most than sufficient for the quantity of rice in the bowl. They should have a wheel chair friendly stairs to easy access. The fresh lime was a new addition and was good. KFC has started selling bottle sauce too, with two variants. Being a regular customer of KFC I am personally fond of their veg rice bowl but TBH today I really had a disappointing experience with the service of this specific location. As usual I ordered my veg rice bowl and I felt that the quantity of the gravy is less and it's all dried up, I straight forwardly went to the counter and requested for the gravy but my attendents Neha and Ankita refused to offer me the gravy and asked me to pay extra for it.
