I recently visited Madan Sweets & Restaurant and had the pleasure of trying their Sandesh and Kacha Gola, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The Sandesh was perfectly crafted, with just the right balance of sweetness and texture, making it a truly delectable treat.

In addition to the Sandesh, I also indulged in their Dhokla and Laddoo, which happen to be my all-time favorite items. The Dhokla was light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor, while the Laddoo was rich, aromatic, and utterly irresistible.

I had a very bad experience at Madan Restaurant recently. Here are the key issues I faced:

Poor Service: Even for basic things like a spoon, the staff took more than 5 minutes after repeated reminders.

Cold Food: All the items served were cold. When questioned, the staff casually replied that they cook large batches at once — which clearly compromises freshness and quality.

Low Quantity: The portion sizes were significantly smaller compared to other restaurants in the area.

Unhygienic Conditions: Insects were crawling on the tables, and shockingly, no one from the staff cared or addressed the issue despite seeing it.

Considering the cost vs quality vs quantity, this place fails on all fronts.
