Got Delivery.
Pro tip: If your delivery is coming from Sector 27 and the delivery guy is someone with big i-kill-you eyes and salt-and-pepper beard and mustache, check the time. He was probably late. I can remember the same guy being late and causing a scene a few months ago. I think he confirms delivery before calling to ask your address.
Guy called at exactly 31 minutes after order was placed. Argued for a few more minutes. Refused to let me even speak to the person in charge. (When delivery guy is late, they ask you to speak to someone and tell them that they're late.)
Yet, after another 10 minutes, someone else called and said the guy called them with 3-4 minutes remaining. How? Either they're lying, or the guy lied and told them that the delivery was made before he called to ask me exactly where the address was.
Order was cancelled twice (once from website and once from app). Because those orders go to another outlet (Sector 110). Thus, getting accurate time for order placement is impossible.
Delivery time was later than it should have been. It seems to be a thing for Pizza Hut. Do they remember late or do they just punch order time for a few minutes later?

Read moreI ordered from this outlet yesterday, 2 medium and 2 regular pizza. Online it showed me the order is ready and is dispatched. Then I received calls from the delivery partner and store that they cannot service my area and that they need to figure out what to do. 5-10 min later I got a call from a friendly staff who informed me that she's getting my order and delivering it through a store delivery person. The order was delivered about 30 min later and to my surprise they had upgraded my regular pizza to medium size for FREE. the downside was the pizza was cold and not exactly what I ordered. But a pizza is better than no pizza... Full marks to the store staff for making...
