I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at [Hotel Name], and I feel compelled to share my nightmarish encounter. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I've ever had, and I wouldn't wish this experience upon anyone.
Uncleaned Floors and Walls: Upon entering the room, it was immediately evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors were grimy, and the walls had visible stains and marks. It felt like the room hadn't been properly cleaned in ages.
Uncleaned Bed Sheets and Mats: The bed sheets and mats were no exception to the lack of cleanliness. Stains and questionable marks adorned the supposedly clean sheets. It was clear that hygiene standards were not met, and it left me questioning the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel.
No Availability of Fresh Sheets: To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to request fresh sheets, I was met with indifference. I was told that there were no available clean sheets, leaving me baffled and frustrated. How can a hotel not have a basic supply of fresh linens?
Cigarette Buds Everywhere: The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and to my horror, cigarette buds were scattered throughout the space. It was evident that the hotel did not enforce a non-smoking policy, further diminishing the quality of the air and the overall guest experience.
AC Not Working: Despite the room being advertised with air conditioning, it was evident that the unit was not functioning properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep.
Mosquitoes, Flies, and Noise: The room seemed to be a haven for mosquitoes and flies, which made sleeping nearly impossible. To add insult to injury, the constant noise from nearby rooms and the hallway persisted throughout the night, further contributing to my sleepless ordeal.

I had a deeply unpleasant stay at this hotel. Despite confirming the availability of an in-house kitchen, they served us stale, roadside-quality food after we placed our dinner order. When I raised concerns about the food, the staff responded rudely, questioning why we ate it if it wasn’t good. To make matters worse, they charged ₹1000 for the meal, despite its compromised quality and hygiene. We had to leave some of the food untouched.
The dinner took nearly two hours to arrive, and the overall service was shockingly poor. I decided to check out immediately after this incident due to the unacceptable treatment and lack of professionalism. The staff was not only untrained but also disrespectful, unethical, and completely lacking basic courtesy.
