Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Basic cleanliness and service standards were not maintained. The room was dirty, had a foul smell throughout the stay, and the AC was not working at all, making the environment very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room telephone was dead, so we had to physically go to the reception every time we needed assistance.

When I raised these concerns with the receptionist, Mr. Amar, he openly admitted that they were already aware of these issues, including a non-functional geyser. He promised a room change, but no action was ever taken.

Food service was equally poor. We had to personally inform the reception that we wanted bread with our masala omelette since the room phone didn’t work. Still, only the omelette was served. When we questioned it, Mr. Amar casually replied, “We thought you didn’t want bread,” showing a clear lack of communication and attention to detail.

The bathroom door handle and lock were broken, adding to the overall discomfort. Linen, including bath towels, was clearly unwashed. Even though the booking was for two people, only one towel and one bottle of water were provided. When asked about the second water bottle, we were told it would be RO-filtered tap water, which they served chilled to avoid suspicion—an unacceptable and deceptive practice.

This was an all-around horrible experience—from the lack of hygiene and broken amenities to the poor service and careless staff behavior. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel unless major...

It was very bad experience, we faced many quality and service related issues there and even we didn't got the hotel ,we booked actually. They provided another hotel so far from our desired place we have booked and wee had to pay the same charges of all 8 rooms . Me and my 12 team members reached to the new alloted hotel at 11:00 am and had to wait at reception for around 4 hours and got the check in at 03:00 pm around . Rooms were not cleaned, no door mate , kettle was missing in some rooms , no intercom , breakfast was so bad to eat and the biggest issue we faced was that some people in hotel were smoking very badly at 10:00 pm and it was very difficult to stay there . This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The room was dirty, the telephone didn’t even work, and the AC was useless—it barely cooled the room. It felt like I was suffocating with no ventilation.

On top of that, this place is overpriced for what they offer. Charging ₹30 for water? Really? There was no real facility here, just a pathetic excuse for service. They gave only one towel, and it looked like it was from 100 years ago—completely worn out and disgusting.
