I am writing to bring to your attention the highly unsanitary conditions and poor food quality at Reena Restaurant. During my visit, I found hair in my food, which is entirely unacceptable. Additionally, the overall hygiene standards were extremely poor.

When I raised this issue with the owner, I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and responsiveness. Instead of addressing my concern, they dismissed it, leaving us feeling unheard and disregarded.

For anyone prioritizing hygienic food and a clean dining environment, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. If there were an option to rate it zero stars, I would have done so. The restaurant has a poor atmosphere, substandard food quality, inadequate service, and troubling hygiene issues—including the presence of hair and rat droppings in the food.

This restaurant is just fantabulous offering super delicious masala dosa. However, this restaurant serves north Indian and Chinese foods as well, but it has unbeaten expertise in south Indian dishes. Apart from dosa, I like its noodles. The restaurant used to be very small earlier with a low sitting capacity, but now they have renovated the first floor, and now there is sufficient space to serve more than 100 customers at a time. They have a well-trained staff, and their hospitality is incredible.
