WORST SERVICE Agr minus md I could give them rating..I would have given this cafe -1000

I have arranged a party over there which was plan almost 1.5 month beforehand so that I won't face any last moment confusion and miscommunication.

I was very particular of food quality and was assured by One of the owner of this cafe who gave 100% surety that I will not face any issue in there food as they are working in this for so long and they are experienced ( mentioned by them) ... As well as they were overpriced but I agreed on price thing because I was expecting good food but first of all the party day they served very late starter and main course...we have to ask the staff to please start serving..my guest was waiting for so long. I have paid them more than 25k just for 20 people and they were serving my guest cold and uncooked food .. disgusting I was literally very disappointed I will never ever plan any party in this cafe and if you ever think of doing ..just have a look on my review before wasting your money and spoiling your special day And this is wasn't enough for them to ruin my day .. Ongoing party we have mentioned one thing to their staff that we were busy enough to attend guest so we (2 host ) of that party will eat at the end of party ..they said ok mam But when we asked them to serve food infront of 3to 4 friends were present at that moment they simply denied that food is over ..ab time khatm ho gya h ... THAT WAS A HEIGHT OF EMBARRASSMENT WE FACED ... And the owner was along with staff saying mam ab serve nai hoga That's mean the people who is paying you .. organised a party will not suppose to eat ... Even after mentioning it before hand

In morning I went their for decoration and arranged all return gifts after that I went home just to get ready there was only one hour gap in this as I reached the venue I saw half of my gift lying over the floor and when I ask the staff they said we can't give you more tables aapkii itni ki hi table ki baat hui h ( said rudely )..jbki actually meri koi baat nai Hui thi Like how dare they can touch my stuffs in my absence

at the beginning of the party when some of my guest arrivedbI asked the staff to serve them welcome drink they said drinks can't be served right now we can't give them as it will be start with the starter then what is the purpose of giving them so much money but we can't even have a welcome drink we ask them to serve water they said water and glass are kept on the table they can have on their own Such disgusting staff they provided us they were very rude very arrogant and not at all tolerable.

#Whole party I have just observe that their staffs were standing in the corner gossiping pointing on people's and doing nothing

#half of my guest left without having anything and that was too pathetic

they served chowmin and fried rice in the main course and nothing came up with gravy item ..after 40 min they serve gravy item ..guest were having just chowmin..like how can anyone expect this kind of service..

they didn't allow us to get food for dogs they said they will make whatever we wish and they will serve and the food will be amazing but like how can a Dog Cafe put orange food colours in dog meal ..are they really running a Dog cafe ??????.... That was even too overpriced with the cheap quality they gave This is happened after my lots of instructions given beforehand that please take care of dog meals

An awesome ground for dogs to play, very well-maintained outdoors, Doodle the in-house baby, a pool, eating area for dogs, seating area for hoomans, well-trained professional handlers & a delicious menu- what all can you ask for? My Mom & our guests had a brilliant time, and cannot wait to visit again! I'm really thankful to the team for arranging the seating at the last minute for handling my furry kid, Boomer, so well :) I'm very thankful to him for gelling well with him She enjoyed every bit of it- running, playing, exploring & getting pats...

It was legit the best dog friendly restaurant ever! so the reason why I gave 5 stars to everything is simple everything was just AMAZING!! From where do I even start from , the staff literally so friendly and helpful, they would hold your fur baby. My dog is very fussy when it comes to food , when we were at the restaurant and his food came he was not ready to eat so one of the staff members fed him with his own hand and didn't leave until my dog finished , I was so damn impressed ( the human food was also too good ). Next is the swimming pool , so well maintained and there were trained swimming coaches too as my dog had come to a swimming pool he didn't know how to swim so the coach didn't leave my dog's paw until he could swim nicely and comfortably , and after the one hour swim ( yes one hour good amount of time for 500rs ) they first let my dog to dry in their huge park then took him for a bath in clear water . You know the best thing was their staff actually treats your fur babies with affection . this places staff holds your dog the whole time and checks about who's friendly and who's not and every other thing and also lets YOU even enjoy . The other thing is every place has a door with a latch like when we enter the park there's a door , when we enter the restaurant there's a door so if your dog is like Usain Bolt runs every time the door is open there still no problem your dog can roam around as much as he likes . Then comes the open space , there's a full party and relaxed vibe there and both at the same time , an amazing playlist of songs ( specially if you are a Arijit or Pritam fan and adore Bollywood songs ) THE PERFECT PLACE to visit with your loved ones .
