Worst Birthday Celebration Ever at Motimahal Barbecue I recently visited Motimahal Barbecue with a group of 15 friends and family to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, they turned what should have been a special day into the most horrible birthday celebration ever.

Zero Hospitality The staff's behavior was rude and unwelcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. Despite it being my birthday, they showed no effort to make us feel welcome or appreciated.

BBQ nation is much more better than this...

I had posted my views on the easy diner ,but they don't show on the mains..Anyway I had gone for dinner on the 4th April and we ordered Ala carte food..all starters were the same portion as you serve in the buffet ie they are small in size and is not in accordance to what is being charged for a Ala portion..like the chicken tikka,fish tikka and seekh kebab are about 500 rs and we took three starters that were too small a portion, spicy ,not juicy and tasted awfully...I could have taken the buffet also ,but I already had a bad experience here about 10 days back on 22nd March lunch,we were about 50 people, but due to the spicy food and tasteless starters, I and a lot of people did not enjoy the food and we hardly had lunch.. Any way ,on this dinner on 4th April, the food was same...I mean ,when you are charging me for full Ala carte portion why don't you see your portion size, quality and taste..it is all same food from the buffet...the main course is also not different...please understand that I am paying the same amount for 2 portion of starters as your buffet price...so you need to serve a better portion, better presentation, less spicy and I had asked the service person also ,if you seve the seekh kebab freshly made and not from the buffet menu, he said yes sir....it's sad to see all this,,moti Mahal is a brand name and we come for the good food experience...I had shared my thoughts with the manager and the chef also... Please don't take this as a bad comment, but this is my view and I think as this place is new ,you can perhaps look into this and prepare food separately for buffet and Ala carte tables...YOU SHOULD ALSO VISIT YELLOW CHILLI AND SEE THEIR ALA CARTE FOOD PORTION...
