Sagar Ratna — Restaurant in Dadri

Visited Sagar Ratna at Noida Sector 52 Metro recently and had a very mixed experience. I ordered Masala Dosa and Dahi Vada. While the Dahi Vada was genuinely delicious — soft, fresh, and perfectly balanced in flavor — the Masala Dosa was a complete letdown.

My wife and I started feeling unwell shortly after eating the dosa. The potato filling tasted off and the dosa itself didn’t feel fresh or properly cooked. It clearly affected our digestion, and we’re still recovering from the after-effects. Very disappointing, especially coming from a reputed chain like Sagar Ratna.

Please take better care with food quality and hygiene. We will think twice before ordering dosa from this...

Sagar Ratna always gives me a good experience. I mostly visit Janpath branch. this time it was Noida and got disappointed. Dosa filling was like smelling. Uttapam was not well baked. Staff was confused whether idli chaat they delivered is full or half, even though I ordered full. They even do not know how many pieces they put in idli chaat. Water serving glasses served was not properly washed. In store temperature was hotter than outside. Water drop leakage at table from AC points. Pass these details to staff while moving out. Disappointing Experience

I had a very poor experience at Sagar Ratna, Sector 51 Metro Station. The hospitality was at its worst. I initially ordered a North Indian thali, but they served me a South Indian thali instead. I had to place a separate order for a North Indian dish, which was inconvenient. To top it off, when I ordered a Coke, they brought me a Pepsi. When I requested to take the Pepsi away, they packed it in a disposable jar, which was quite unprofessional. Overall, the food wasn’t great, and the service was disappointing.
