Do not go to this place as they are cheaters and have inexperienced and not customer friendly staff including the manager.

It was written outside 1+1 on all drinks till 7pm and the person standing outside confirmed the same. When we sat inside and ordered cocktails then they said it is not applicable on cocktails.

The person taking the order at the table said 1+1 is not there on any cafe/bar in Noida on cocktails. We told him please say that it is not applicable at your place instead of arguing 1+1 is not applicable on cocktails anywhere in Noida including mall of india and garden Galleria. 1 week ago we went to Irish Cafe at mall of India and we had 1+1 on cocktails (including LIIT) but he was not ready to agree or accept that 1+1 is possible in any place in Noida. We still have the bill with us. We took the concern with the manager (bald person as we don't know his name) and he said that by mistake he had written 1+1 on all drinks outside and he will rectify it.

We were told by the manager incharge (bald person as we don't know his name) that live band will play from 7:30pm and till 8:10 the band wasn't performing as it was very boring and when we raised the concern then we were told that band will perform by 8:30pm and you were informed the wrong timing of 7:30 pm. When we called the manager (bald person) who had informed the 7:30 time then he said that there is a delay in live performance and it's starting shortly. The performance finally started after we raised concern and we really enjoyed the live performance.

At the time of payment we were paying from dineout as it showed 15% off on dineout and the restaurant refused to accept dineout saying there was 1+1 on few drinks and we asked them to remove the offer so that we can pay from dineout as it was more beneficial. When we raised the issue then the staff argued a lot with us and then finally said Dineout gives you 15% and we will give you 18% discount so please don't pay from dineout. We agreed to it after a lot of argument with the staff and the staff said please do not post negative review on Zomato or anywhere but we said sorry we will post our experience as it was our first visit and we paid a bill of approx. 12k

In short the staff is all about making money and very greedy including the manager (bald person) who had no interest in resolving the issues. He should be changed straight away and the staff should be taught to be customer friendly like in Irish House (mall of India Noida) where we were happy and paid a tip of 500 after service charge as we were really happy...

IT WAS A WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS RESTAURANT. WE HAVE HEARD SOMETIMES THAT RESTAURANTS CHEAT ON CUSTOMER WHILE BILLING . TODAY WAS THE DAY FOR ME.

FIRST OF ALL THEY DONT SERVE COMPLETE MENU . AND FOOD WAS ALSO OK TYPES NOT SO GOOD . SERVICE WAS LATE THOUGH RESTAURANT WAS HALF EMPTY. .

STILL WE ORDERD 3 THINGS TO EAT AND ASKED ATTENDENT FOR COKE/PEPSI/THUMPS UP WHAT THEY HAVE . HE SAID THEY ARE SERVING COKE TIN . WE ORDERED 3 OF THEM WHICH WAS NAMED AS AREATED DRINKS @ RS 275 AS PER MENU .

BUT WHEN WE GOT THE BILL IT SHOWED COKE CANS AT RS 395/UNIT . WHEN WE ASKED THEM ABOUT THIS DIFFRENCE THEY SAID WE HAVE SERVED COKE CAN ... AND IN THE MENU ITS WRITTEN DIET COKE TIN IS RS 395. SO THIS IS ALSO A COKE TIN THATS WHY WE ARE CHARGING 395 RS / UNIT .

WHEN WE TOLD THEM THAT WE HAVE ORDERED AND GOT NORMAL COKE TIN ONLY NOT DIET COKE TIN . SO YOU SHOULD CHARGE RS 275 / UNIT AS THIS IS AN AREATED DRINK ONLY . THEY WERE TRYIMG TO REFUSE THE SAME . AND CONVINCE US THAT THIS NORMAL COKE TIN THEY HAVE SERVED COMES UNDER DIET COKE TIN ONLY. ALSO SAID WE CANT CHANGE THE BILL ONCE PRINTED .

WHEN WE INSISTED TO CHANGE THE BILL THEY WERE TRYING TO COMPENSATE WITH OTHER THINGS .

AND WHEN WE INSISTED AGAIN THAT WE WANT A BILL CHANGE ONLY AS PER MENU GIVEN . THEN ONLY THEY CHANGED THE BILL.

GUYS WE MUST SAY THAT WE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANY ONE OUT THERE . AS THEY COMES IN A CHEATER RESTAURANT'S LIST .

OR STILL IF YOU GO THERE YOU MUST CHECK THEIR BILL PROPERLY . SO THAT YOU WONT BE CHEATED ...

To Whom It May Concern: Matter of Cease Decease of Image

I Shivani resident of New Delhi, who hosted the party on 31/3/2022 and paid INR 16500 at Flying Dutchman want to escalate the following issue

Service: The service was very poor given by the staff; they were rude with female host during the time of party

Food Quality: The quality of food was very poor, they served the cold frozen food, which was not fresh.

We were not satisfied with the service given by the café and the staff was rude too. I am sending this official complaint to the café and Health Ministry to take immediate action. I may look forward to escalating this issue to the media and other govt departments if required.

I have wasted my time, money and image by hosting a party to this café, I demand the govt of India (various ministries) to cancel the license of this café with immediate effect for not honoring the protocols, rude behavior with female hosts and scam by charging money and not providing the said services.
