The Hidden Hour Noida - Mystery Escape Rooms — Restaurant in Dadri

I hosted my son bday party on 20th Sept,25 for 12 kids. Till we made advance they kept calling us to make booking, we finally zero down on them and payed advance. In our package it was included they will share what’s invitation and place for cake cutting, sitting and kids can eat. However these ppl on 19th told us they cannot give us space for sitting as it is already booked. They knew our time but still took our booking but once received the advance they totally back out that we never wanted space. No invitation was shared by them. On 20th, day of celebration it was such a humiliation in front of my guest that they dint had proper place to sit and eat while holding food box in hand…I have to personally clean the table They were checking their watch and constantly keep pressuring us to complete the celebration In 30mins. Staff is rude n very unprofessional. It was worst experience I ever had in noida provided every year i hold party for my kids at some or other gaming zone. Will never recommend this place to anyone for bday celebration as they just sitting there to earn money from you and giving as less facilities they can from their side. I wish i had 0 star option as this place...

We celebrated my son’s birthday at The Hidden Hour, and the overall experience was fun and memorable. The escape room games were exciting and age-appropriate, and the kids had a fantastic time. The venue is clean, safe, and well-managed — perfect for kids’ parties.

Coordination with the food vendor (Burger Desire) was smooth, the food arrived on time, and everything was neatly served. The staff at Hidden Hour were polite and professional during the event, ensuring the activities went on smoothly.

However, what disappointed me was a sudden change in price at the time of final booking. The pricing had already been shared with me in writing during my initial enquiry, but they still increased it when I called to confirm. Even though the difference wasn’t huge, it’s a matter of principle. Pricing shared in writing should be honored, especially when it’s discussed in advance.

We went to the Halloween theme of the hidden hours and trust me the experience was worthy remembering...the staff was very friendly and guided us very patiently and politely...There were four levels in the game to reach the exit point and each level had different mysteries to solve,everyone shouting in the dark getting scared of plastic models but few bravely solving the riddles and especially the last level which had the magic spell and we all Held each other's hands and recited that together, it was another level of craziness...our teamwork helped us solve all of them before the time limit...the beautiful and somewhat scary memories we made will always be intact in our brains and I would love to visit...
