THEOS SECTOR 50 NOIDA — Restaurant in Dadri

It is a beautiful French Patisserie in sector 50 market in Noida and I ordered and booked a Tiramisu cake for my mom's birthday and lots of sweet and Savory pastries, macaroons,croissants and puffs. The Tiramisu cake got finished within half an hour it was so yumm.The food is of top notch quality , fillings are very yummy and the staff is very helpful and friendly.They accept all modes of payment and there is ample free parking in the complex. One can order in via Zomato as well but then 10% packaging and other charges get added. Prices are high in comparison to neighbour hood bakeries but the taste ,quality of ingredients and size justify them and one can feel the difference. Today on 7th May evening around 5:45 pm I was at Theo’s Noida sector 50 for buying some snacks. The person at the billing was extremely rude and unapologetic for his bad behaviour. This is my second bad experience at Theos sector 50. If Theos team keeps this curt attitude towards their customers, you have lost a regular customer today forever and will lose many more. Purchased Dry Vanilla Cake on 3rd May 2025 for Rs.499 plus Taxes from Sector 50. On opening found to be set and stale inspite within the mentioned expiry date. Approached them to just replace without even demanding apology. On contrary they justified to be proper and refused to even replace. Disgusting service and of course quality.
