The place is lovely but the senior management is horrible. The basics are unknown to the staff here which is not their fault. They are senior management is the issue they are the most rude and never solve anything .

I asked for the fan to be switched on for more than half an hour instead I got a lecture and was asked to leave.

Place is nice. Junior staff is mostly nice. But they need onboarding training.

If the customers jump lines they don't care. They expect you to take the brunt of.

I regularly give business to this place. But today was the limit. Nobody knew where the fan is and this is for the second time that the fan has been an issue. I asked the gaurd to get it switched on and he just ignored it saying I don't know where the switch is and he never does. It's not my job why should I bother. He can always inform the one who does know.

Plus the senior management refuses to do anything about it instead puts it into you.

Only one manager the morning shift helped me. The one and only manager till date who able to help me and has been decent and sorted the matter immediately when the ice cream staff was very rude.No one else ever till date has instead they ask you to leave. I unfortunately can't remember his name but he was in the morning shift and sorted the matter in 2.minutes. Anmol Kumar junior staff and Ramgudar were very kind.

The afternoon staff instead shouted at me when all I was asking for a fan to be switch for more than half an hour. I asked on a slightly decent volume as I wasn't sure if he could here me as he wasn't responding. But instead I was given a lecture saying I am shouting first by the manager then by another manager some other manager who can foreign Christian named dark looking person and he asked me to leave. Why because I had once asked for him to intervene when the line was being broken he said that's between the chatomers. I give regular business atleast 4 times a week.

FSSAI and other bodies shall be informed.

I am never coming here for such behaviour and now putting it on social media.

I love Bikanerwala and I love this place. But repeatedly being harassed like this as a customer that gives business and also is a woman. I didn't want to talk to any senior management since they are not interested to train their staff or be hospitable being in the hospitality industry. This has never happened in Lajpat Nagar branch ever. I am still sitting outside to write this review but unfortunately the fan is still not switched on and I am leaving.

Hi guys I have visited many times here but always forget to post about this place . If someone wants to have food without onion and garlic they can also find some options here of their choice eg thali , aloo and paneer paratha , chole bhature , etc . Food is yummy there is no doubt. Also you get points on your bill so you can get it redeemed easily next time . I had bought many things from here atta cookies , toast , chole bhature , thali , strawberry milkshake, hot coffee, badam milk, tandoori platter , aloo paratha , sweets . There are many options in sweets . I had bought kesariya small round ghewar, kalakand also available in sugar free , coconut ladoo , atta ladoo , milk cake also available in sugar free , Bengali sweets , shahi and normal rasmalai both are good and chocolate truffle pastry . Matar kachori is also good . So you guys have lots of options to eat . Lift is available inside . I have tried recently veg grilled sandwiches they are very tasty and again I had chole bhature but the taste was not like that was before . It wasn’t tasty this time . Loved the tandoori platter but didn’t like dal makhani . Makke ki roti & sarso da saag combo with chaach was good .

I am decreasing there rating because there quality is decreasing. I have purchased rasmalai twice from their showroom . There is a head Ramesh he is blaming me that I haven’t consumed it within the time . He is saying you can consume it within 3 hrs . He is saying we are making fresh rasmalai in every 3 hrs . I don’t think it’s possible. You guys tell me what you guys think about this . I have not expected this from bikanervala . I have called him but they didn’t answer. So it’s not my mistake .
