⚠️ ₹3700 for Filth and Fraud — An Experience That Demands Compensation ⚠️ I had a HORRIBLE stay here and feel COMPLETELY CHEATED. I booked a standard double room but was given a TWIN BED ROOM instead. When I asked for the room I PAID FOR, the staff first DENIED, then reluctantly shifted me — only to a room that was FILTHY BEYOND IMAGINATION. The floor was so dirty that my feet got filthy just walking on it, and there was hair scattered across the floor. The walls had spiderwebs, the room stank, and the bathroom sink was covered in red gutka spit. It was absolutely DISGUSTING.

Worse? The corridors on EVERY floor were filthy — layers of dirt, hair, and garbage. Even the reception area was unclean, which tells you exactly how this hotel is being run — with ZERO STANDARDS.

After I got visibly angry, they moved me to a "bigger" room — but even that turned out to be DIRTY upon closer inspection. I was tired and gave up.

Then came the final insult — the listing promised a buffet breakfast, with a photo showing a full spread. That image heavily influenced my choice, as I expected a decent breakfast experience. In reality, I was served just 2 eggs and 2 slices of bread. That’s it. Later, I discovered that the buffet photo is STOLEN from another website — a deliberate attempt to mislead customers through fake advertising.

I paid ₹3700 for this absolute nightmare — DIRTY ROOMS, FALSE PROMISES, NO CLEANLINESS, AND PATHETIC SERVICE. The hotel is MISREPRESENTED on MakeMyTrip with FAKE IMAGES and LIES about amenities.

I’ve attached real photos as proof for every single statement I’ve made.

Horrible place. The image shown on google is a lie. First of all their google location is wrong, took me 3 rounds in the cab and then finally walked for 5mins to figure it out. The guy on reception does not know hospitality, I was the only guest at reception still took 15mins to check in. Breakfast was included in my reservation, though I did not want to have it there as it was unhygienic, I yet asked about it, they said it would be served in the room following morning, when I called as no breakfast was sent, they said they guy who makes breakfast has not turned up today, so no breakfast.

When I was going out, the same guy on reception asked me if I am extending the room, I told him I have a reservation for 2 nights, he said no and started checking his book or whatever he had, after wasting 5 mins, I showed him my booking voucher and just walked out.

Pathetic rooms, never cleaned, broken basin, bathroom had algae, the fan had a layer of dust, cockroaches and other bugs, only good thing was no bed bugs.

I am 6 ft tall, my legs were hanging out of the bed. Rooms are miserably small.

I wont suggest it for solo also, family is not...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. As a business traveler working with a multinational company, I expect a certain standard of service and hospitality — unfortunately, your hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

Your front desk representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of basic customer service training.

Additionally, the breakfast options were shockingly poor — limited to just bread and tea, which is far from what is expected from a hotel catering to business travelers.

Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will neither return nor recommend your hotel to anyone. Due to this experience, your property will no longer be considered for bookings by myself or...
