Had their butter chicken on 1st May this year and then ordered the same dish for three consecutive days following that. Says a lot about the kitchen. I also had the opportunity to visit their kitchen at their Vasant Kunj premises. I wouldn't imagine that a kitchen could be any cleaner. There was no overbearing smell of stocked food, spices, oil fumes or anything that could be a potential turnoff. And very importantly, the chefs were a delightful bunch of happy people. The raging pandemic got us all used to clean, simple and honest home cooked food. After the restrictions were eased, we got back to eating out often, exploring the restaurants that we were fond of. Have to admit, I have been quite disappointed with a bunch of restaurants. The food quality has evidently been compromised in some. There always was, and probably will be, a marked difference between home cooked food and that is served outside; but the contrast hasn't been this stark ever. I was however pleasantly surprised by the quality that AND Kitchen had on offer; not once, but for four consecutive days. The food felt honest, simple, tasty and therefore immensely satisfying. I keep ordering from here, food is amazing however what stands out is the customer oriented service and Anoop is the pillar of it. You share your preferences with him and he would ensure that you get better than that. Unfortunately due to the pandemic dining facility has been stopped however I am looking forward to dine at the outlet once it resumes.

I must mention Suresh (Delivery boy) who stated that he would get the excess amount adjusted in the next order as he was short of change while delivering the current order, though I don't expect that but another fine example of courtesy and service.
