Captain Grub — Restaurant in Delhi

I ordered a burger from the restaurant I was so excited for the burger as I heard some good reviews of the restaurant I ordered the burger from Zomato the delivery time was about 30 mins and even after waiting for 1 hour 20 mins there was no update from the restaurant i called the restaurant twice but no one picked up the call ,than i got my order cancelled from Zomato and my refund was initiated than after a few minutes I got a call from the restaurant that sir the delivery boy is at your location so i told them I've cancelled the order as there was no update and no one was picking up the call ,so he said the delivery boy is at your location you can still take the order i told him I've cancelled the order and got my refund he said you can pay cash to the delivery boy and have your burger he said the driver was calling you and i didn't received a call still I agreed because i was hungry and i didn't wanted to waste the food than i waited at my delivery location for 10 mins still no update than i called back the restaurant they said the delivery boy came back this was unacceptable, useless staff and restaurant, SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!(all this happened around...

Horrible isn’t even the word. At the time of placing order, delivery time was 30 mins , order reached after almost 2 hrs. IN between I kept trying to get in touch with the restaurant and they were not at all co operative or apologetic. Worst, I was delivered a non veg item instead of veg on the occasion of Diwali , a pure veg household. The owner called up next day fearing that I would land up at his restaurant and create a scene , a warning that I gave him and he put it on his packer guy saying ‘ these Bihari guys ‘ did it. Way to own up to your mistake. I accepted his apology , he said he wants to makeup for it by sending me and my family a nice dinner which I thought was a nice gesture on his part. After that I never heard from him. You want to win a customer back ? At least be sincere in your apology and KEEP YOUR WORD. He thought because my anger had died down there was no need to rectify the mistake, conveniently forgetting the trouble he put me through...

The rates of this restaurant are sky high. The least a customer can expect is a good sized filling burger and good quantity of food. The box should have been filled with the onion rings but looked like someone counted the number of rings that go in. The burger was definitely not large sized as it says and surely looked nothing like the picture, where is the meat? Jumbo king burgers are bigger in size and I don't even consider that a real burger. You're charging 345/- plus for a single burgers. The hot dog was missing the sauces at the top. I can believe I spent so much money on mediocre food. The local buger shop makes better and good sized meals compared to you'll. You'll are a total rip off and cheat. Never buying...
