Rude Owner and Staff The unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff and owner was the most disappointing aspect of my visit. The owner, who manages the cash counter, displayed an alarming lack of courtesy. Instead of handing over change politely, he banged it on the desk, a gesture that felt dismissive and disrespectful. His overall demeanor, including his unwelcoming body language, made the experience even worse.

It was evident that he lacked the basic interpersonal skills necessary for customer service. Speaking with politeness or even a modicum of respect seemed beyond him. His attitude gave the impression that he considered himself above the customers, as if interacting with them was a burden rather than a responsibility.

Overpriced and Overhyped

The shop’s prices are on par with high-quality bakeries, but the products and service are far below standard. Paying a premium price for stale food and rude treatment is unacceptable.

Conclusion: Avantika Pastry Shop in Karol Bagh is not worth the hype or the money. Their stale chocolate tart, rude behavior, make it a place to avoid. There are much better options in the area that prioritize fresh food, and customer respect.

I visited today with my husband and we ordered spring roll they charge such a good amount of 180 rs and they served spring roll full of oil in a paper plate with tomato ketchup, when we asked for chilly chutney they said we dont have. When we said to replace they said take something else and we replace it with mayo veg sandwich they are giving only 1 sandwich of 110 rs we said give two and we paid balance 40 rs.
