New review: I have gone from 5 to 3 stars due to my last 2 experience : a. got a half burned Patty tastes like aloo tikki with 'half piece' pineapple instead of a full on my Island club burger . Tasted cheap as a 50bucks burger b. Got a cookie cream shake which was no more magical and tasted average or even below average for rs 170

Always wanted to go kiss the chef who made my wonderful Island club burgers , deeply disappointed with this decline of quality 😞 With 2 of my favorite items gone wrong , I end my frequent online orders & visits to this place.

I recently visited Burger Club Karol Bagh, and I was thoroughly impressed! The ambiance was clean, modern, and perfect for a quick meal. The staff was incredibly polite and supportive, making sure I had everything I needed.

The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive without being overbearing. They were happy to answer questions about the menu and made recommendations.

The food, of course, was delicious. I ordered the signature Whopper, and it was cooked to perfection. The quality and taste were on par with what I'd expect from Burger Club.

What really stood out to me was the overall environment. The restaurant was well-maintained, and the seating area was comfortable. It's a great spot to grab a meal with friends or family.

If I have any criticism, it's that the prices are slightly on the higher side. However, considering the quality of food and service, it's worth the extra cost.

Went there after being snubbed at burger king. Dont know why at the counter they just didnt bother to take my order even after standing there for about 10 mins, so i just took my business to the competitor. Glad i did because i found a better place, better ambience. Had burger and water. Was good.

The second time i went there, there was a middle aged couple creating a ruckus shouting at the staff. Kind of complaining about long wait and no greens in their salad, or something. Dont kno much abt what happened, but just felt that perhaps it could have been handled more effectively without the ruckus?

Anyway, i went ahead and ordered their chicken salad and shikanji. The wait wasn't that bad. And the chicken salad is as good as the salads with chicken toppings in europe. And at a very cheap price comparatively. And the portion was huge and very filling. Was so stuffed that dinner was skipped.
