Today visited at your karol bagh restaurant, at counter one of the boy attend me, as per my order not pinched my order in one shot because I wants to swap the burger sauce, as he punched my order and transfer to other counter for payment and proceed the order as per requirements, as I briefed clearly I need my order with fresh patty, as she said already communicates for the same, as I got my burger one ok and one patty totally limlpy, how can they server my order like this, and also not passed glass of water. When I called counter girl again and request to change my burger just because of texture as she said which burger I got from inside the kitchen same serve you, she should improve the knowledge about fresh food, although here she was innocent, because of it's kitchen team fault who server waste products in peak hours of sale, totally lts waste of money, even time also.
