Pathetic service and very bad quality of food . I booked this restaurant for my daughter's first birthday And he spoiled the occasion . unlimited starter and main course with soft drinks was booked for occasion, advance payments were done .But nothing was provided unlimited .He deliberately took longer time in serving and when u complain he will say "Hum phle se tyar krke kuch v nhi rkhte " and then he will take 15-20 minutes for serving one plate.Most of the times my guests kept waiting for food .Even he took 10-15 minutes for cold drinks when asked for. In main course mix veg was made with beans and potato only .kdhai paneer was worst I ever had,dal makhni could not have been worse than that.Last but not the least icecream he provided was bad in taste.when complained about it owner said that it's french vanila and it tastes like this only.

*Owner who pretends to be polite is a very shameless and cunning person.Despite being complained he had excuses ready for everything.

I will request 🙏🙏all of you to not to visit his restaurant. Blindly believe all the negative reviews here,they all are true.

The food was good, the waiters were nice too. But guess what a basic cafe near a dead end of a service lane not in the prime location of Laxmi Nagar. Ordered 2 things and costed 900, if I had gone to for example Big Chill it would have costed me not more than 1100 for what I ordered here and the catch quantities would be satisfactory. Now now the 900 wasn't the issue. The issue is with the product Pasta for about 450 the same quantity you would get in let's say 1.5 packets of Maggi pasta. And I was charged extra for vegetables? I mean who the hell doesn't add vegetables or no veg to a pasta. Then garlic bread was an extra 40 it was just plain bread that we have at home that didn't hurt though and to the best part neither I ordered nor the waiter asked or cross checked was extra cheese costed About 50? Which wasn't there. I have a comfort place from where I eat Momos, he said the food business is very tricky people run themselves out of business just because of their greed. And today I got to see it. I had been here for the third time and price updates wow. Never ever going here and asking...

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Big Bites Multicuisine Restaurant on 21st September during a gathering of 15 people for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, everything about the service and food was extremely disappointing.

At the time of booking, they promised good quality food, but what was actually served was of third-class quality.

In the name of cold drinks, they served their own soda drink instead of branded beverages.

The AC is just for show—kept on dry mode only, providing no cooling at all. Even after complaining, nothing was done.

The so-called ice cream was cheap and clearly made in-house, not of any standard quality.

The main course was tasteless and of very poor quality.

All 15 of our guests gave negative feedback, and honestly, it ruined what should have been a happy occasion. Our money was completely wasted.

My honest suggestion: Please avoid organizing any party or gathering here. If you really want to enjoy, order from somewhere else at home—you’ll save both money and peace of mind. Big Bites Multicuisine Restaurant is not worth your...
