PYAALI — Restaurant in Delhi

Pyaali looks very beautiful and fancy on the outside. I was happy to see such a good ambience restaurant. It gives you an appeal to visit it but then when we went inside things didn't turn out that good.

Ambience is okay. The architecture is good so is decor design but I didn't find it very hygienic. It was like it lacked maintenance and administration.

We ordered noodles to keep it minimum as we were really hungry. He told me that order would be there in 10 minutes. Well we waited 30 minutes, but with no food in sight. And finally when food arrived it was balant and tasteless. The waiters were merry making and was busy in themselves without any concern for customers. Noodles were not upto the mark.

I wouldn't recommend it. Avoid unless there is any...

Visited this restaurant with family for dinner and without a doubt this is one of the good family restaurants in east delhi area in terms of seating space, taste, and price. The only thing I felt they can improve upon is staff training and behaviour to be little more polite and soft towards customer as it adds to overall experience of the customers. About food, we ordered a lot of items and most of them were delicious. Drinks could have been better. Pathetic customer service, pathetic management ...no one to attend the customers. We visited there on 1st Jan,2019 and have already made our mind never to visit this disgusting place again. Waiters are not ready to listen inspite of calling them time and again. They were just focussing on gathering huge crowd to their place but not on serving them. They were even accepting orders from swiggy and zomato when there was nothing available at the restaurant. Never visit this third class place to waste your hard earned money as you eventually will end up spoiling your mood...
