Recently ordered from Behrouz Biryani. It is a delivery only outlet that serves only Biryani of various kind.

Delivery The delivery was before time.

Packaging The packaging just gives you royal feels. A black color box packed well. When you open, we find a small box at one side with two small throw away boxed with raita and gulab jamun as a sweet. The packet also has a small packet with a spoon, tissue and mouth freshener.

Food I ordered a Lazeez Bhuna Murg Biryani regular size. The biryani was emblished with almonds on top as you open the box. I think the quantity is too less as compared to the price offered. Rs 320/- with taxes is an amount I would get a much better amount at many places in Bangalore. The taste of the biryani is average. There are about 3 boneless chicken pieces in the biryani. The spice is ok and can be done much better. The sweet taste in between of almonds or whatever is the thing which takes away the flavour. The chicken pieces were well marinated and tender. The raita served with the birani is mint flavour and does not compliment well.

I have had #several varieties of biryanis here multiple number of times. Heck, it has been my only life saves especially when I have this sudden craving of non veg or biryani at midnight. But make no mistake of assuming it to compromise on their quality just because the are open till late into the night. Infact their taste, and superb quality will out many famous biryani places to shame. And yes, I must admit that I live their delicious #gulab jamun and #raita that's given complementary with the biryani. The biryani has that special aroma the moment you open the box. The taste is finger licking good and so are their boneless pieces. Their packaging is also fool proof keeping the food warm over the long commute to my home. And the packaging looks so premium. Everything at a reasonable price makes it a a deal even sweeter. I'm already a fan and loyal customer since they have won me over with their biryanis over the period of years.
