Disaster of an experience eating at this Punjabi Bagh outlet. The HM freshers roaming around the floors have no authority to even give you anything extra, ofcourse they exude a fake air of pride and indifference. Horribly small portion of Shahi Paneer in a chutney like katori for some 280/ bucks . We asked for tandoori roti instead of laccha Paratha in Shahi paneer combo at the billing counter, at the first floor delivery section and to the service staff on the floor. No coordination no attention... complete indifference to your request. No tissue papers available. Tea too was served even before the second meal of rava dosa could come in. 45 Rs for a tea...and seeing it getting cold in these bone chilling winters. Guys, justifying why something is not okay is the easiest thing. If you don't intend to focus on your client's needs in food business and you are so lost in your business processes and approval chain to give an extra bowl of sambar, chutney, gravy please shut shop and open another business where you can deal with gold or silver and yet make clients pay through there nose. I paid almost about 800 bucks for food for 2 people which I could have got elsewhere at 3-400 with much better service, food quantity and without having to deal with...
Read moreWe visited Bikaner Walla in Punjabi Bagh with high expectations, known for its clean and hygienic ambiance. We ordered a sweet dish, Dal Rice, and Chole Bhature. Ideally, we expected the Chole Bhature to be served first, followed by the Dal Rice and then the sweet, as is typical in a well-thought-out dining sequence. However, to our disappointment, the sweet was brought first, followed by the rice, and the Chole Bhature came last. When we politely requested the server to keep the rice aside and serve it later, we were told, rather curtly, that “once served, food cannot be taken back.” This response felt rigid and not customer-friendly.
The Chole Bhature, which should have been the highlight, was served much later, and the server appeared disinterested and inattentive. While the food was decent in taste, the sequence and the attitude of the staff took away from the overall dining experience. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and hygiene seemed to be maintained, but the service and customer interaction certainly need improvement. For a brand like Bikaner Walla, such lapses in service etiquette are disappointing. We hope they work on their service approach to ensure a more welcoming and...
Read moreHi Team,
This is in reference to my take away order, collected from Punjabi bagh Club Road, Bikanervala.
Kindly consider this post as intimation for further action, case or consumer complaint. I bought 6 Paneer Cutlet, the paneer in all the cutlet was rotten and smelling.
As soon as I tried to eat cutlet, the rotten smell filled the room. I consumed the snacks within 10 minutes after take away, so I am not at fault corresponding to storage etc.
In front of my guests I had to apologize for serving bad Paneer Cutlet,I do not understand why Bikanervala keeps doing this, serving old rotten sweets to its customer.
Even when I had paid for good quality snacks as mentioned above I was given bad foods.
Due to consumption of rotten Paneer Cutlet my family suffered from Stomach Infection.
Such fraudulent acts will no longer be tolerated, I will post this everywhere and take the people responsible for making me ill to the highest authority.
I would soon file a complaint with copy of this intimation please take proper cognizance.
Attached the bill, I will post my family's Doctor's prescription soon.
Thank You,
One of your consumer served...
