Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, it took an unusually long time to receive our order. The staff seemed disorganized and inefficient, which contributed to the delays and made the overall experience frustrating.When it comes to the beverages, both the cold and hot coffee were well below expectations. The cold coffee was bland and tasted watered down, lacking the rich flavor one would expect. The hot coffee was even worse; it tasted like plain hot water with hardly any coffee flavor at all, making it unpalatable.Given these problems, it's clear that Burger King needs to significantly improve both its service speed and the quality of its drinks. The slow service and disappointing coffee overshadowed the rest of the visit, leaving me with a negative impression.
