This is the best KFC food I've ever tasted. Everything is super hot and tasty. I liked the ambience, service speed, bunch of foreigners, and ample space. I went with my friends here. The washroom was locked so we couldn't use it there. That's the only downside when I visited. Is should have been opened. It's just outside the Akshardham metro station and easily visible once you exit the metro. It's inside the mall only so the locality is also good. The staff is also cooperative and we'll behaved here. You can order for yourself from the self checkout portal or you can ask the executive to order for you. The chicken cooked very well, French fried tasty really good, I took two combos and two Hot and crispy chicken which are good. The chicken roll was also yummy. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the KFC store located at Akshardham Metro on August 7th at around 7:30 PM. Upon arriving, I was ready to place an order using the Self Ordering Kiosk. However, a staff member approached me and instructed me not to place any order due to a "supervision inspection" taking place. I was shocked and frustrated as I was not allowed to order any food, despite the store being open and other customers being served.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to be turned away without any reasonable explanation or alternative solution.
