One of the best coffee shops I've been to... It doesn't only offer varieties but they are healthy alternatives too... It's a nice cozy place to sit and chat.. I've worked here sometimes, had a bit challenge with network but still it's my go to place whenever needed... I loved the ambience and the politeness of the staff,they welcome you with warmth & smile.. and that's my favourite way to be greeted... It's a must visit.. try new & natural!! I wish to spend an evening in the open seating there.. ❤️ You can also get natural nut butters here which is something I really adore, they have turned this small place to a mini heaven with the ambience, good vibes and good food.. next time you're there , try to enjoy the serenity of this place instead of checking your phones or emails!!! 😉 Best time to go is "anytime" except for the closed hours, you can drive here but parking may not be available easily,you can park your car at main road outside an take a Quick 3-4 mints walk to reach here, this place is quite near to Ansal plaza but on the opposite road.. so it's kind of at a heart of the south Delhi.. the beauty of this café is that all ages are welcomed here and no one feels different coz the vibe is nice... Next time you are craving for a cup of coffee, music and peace.. head to coffee bond, you would love it !! And to have the best of experience, go with your friends and family.. and enjoy the good food and the ambience with good service.. they would surely thank you for getting them here.. this café is a Bomb in small package.. try...

Well, I really love the place! I've been here twice and my experiences have been pleasant. We ordered the following: Iced chamomile and Rose Tea: Extremely pleasant to taste. At first, you'll think you're sipping plain water, however, you'll acquire the taste after 2-3 sips. If you like chamomile tea, you'll love it! Smashed avocado: Love avocados loved this serving! Half n half Pesto Penne Pasta and (another non veg): Well, not everyone can do pesto perfectly, but they nailed it! Caprese Sandwhich: LOVED IT. The quality of cheese used is amazing. It's not the processed amul cheese if you'd lile to think. The bread is so fresh, you can make that out from the taste. The only issue is the softness here. Could've been softer. Iced strawberry Black : LOVED IT. Could actually see strawberries floating and they tasted lovely! I'm a fan of their hot chocolate so I ordered the hazelnut one and oh BOY! NAILED IT AGAIN. Spinach and cheese pizza: The base was crispy, loaded eith spinach. Lovedit! I Recommend everything that I've had here.

The only problem with this place is that it is under staffed. We visited this place on a sunday, and this quaint cafe was bustling with foreigners. Looked pretty, but the staff couldn't handle. Hence, the service was slow too. Should work on their AC too.

Coffee Bond South Ex - Ruined by Incompetent Staff I was excited to try their South Ex outlet, hoping to enjoy my usual Greek sandwich. Sadly, the experience was completely ruined by the staff's incompetence and appalling customer service. While the food was decent, albeit not as good as other branches, the real issue was the staff's complete lack of training. When I tried to pay with my American Express card, their POS machine wouldn't accept it. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they argued with me, insisting that I was entering the wrong PIN. It was clear that their machine didn't support American Express card, but they refused to acknowledge their mistake. This frustrating incident, coupled with their overall rude and unhelpful attitude, left me with a bad taste in my mouth. It's a shame that a single outlet can tarnish the brand's reputation, especially when it comes to something as basic as customer service. I urge the Coffee Bond franchise owners to take immediate action and provide proper training to their South Ex staff. If this continues, it will undoubtedly drive away loyal customers like myself, who have always enjoyed their food and ambiance in other branches. Don't let this one bad apple spoil the bunch, Coffee Bond. Invest in your staff's training and save your brand's reputation before...
