Alcor SPA - Ansal Plaza Mall — Local services in Delhi

Dont go by the many good reviews here as these are written by staff and therapists at Alcor Spa. I went there as a genuine customer. This Alcor Spa at Ansal Plaza is very badly maintained. The towels provided are so dirty and the worst part is that Steam Cabins do not work and Sanitary fittings inside the washrooms all broken. I had to take bath with cold water because the tap mixer was broken. Massage oil used is of very poor quality. They want to just profit without providing good quality infra and service. I am a senior citizen and have been taking body massage service from Aloor Spa, Ansal plaza on a regular basis for man many years, excellent services, ambiance and full satisfaction. Great place to get your spa. One of the Best Spa Branches in NCR and also within Alcor, Ansal Plaza Alcor stands out especially because of the Manager Lisa(Adriana). All employees are also Professional at this spa and I can see they work as a Family which is Great.
