Must be avoided by couples, or any group having less than 6 members. This I'm saying based on my own experience. Firstly, this place is having bad flooring, that somehow have small gravels which was good to eyes but not heels friendly and feels more dangerous as you walk out after having few drinks. Then we were told to sit anywhere we can see vacant seats, but as we became comfortable there, had glass of water, and was just to order our meal. One guy came and told us that we can't be sitting at that place, as that seat was reserved. But when I told him that we will either sit there or will leave, as all the other seats, which were having seating capacity for 3-4 people had very bad chairs. Those chairs were having right angled metallic back with no cushioning and one can not have sat there for even 10 minutes. Apart from this, I came here with my esteemed boss, and was giving treat at that place. So, for my own self respect I don't want them to direct me to sit anywhere else, after getting settled. After I told them of leaving, they told me that the table is not reserved and I can sit there but because that table can accomodate 6 people at maximum, so I have to vacate in case a 6 people group visits the restaurant. And at that point I just completely lost my mind, and just walked away. I can't believe how can this much highly rated restaurant can have this bad coustomer service. If they somehow had initially told me to sit in middle row, then after having trail of that bad metallic chairs, I would have simply walked away, and won't have to feel ashamed in front of my esteemed guest. But they didn't even had good management for the seating. Even they had kept a reserved sign on the table then too i would have got saved from facing the shame. But thanks to 'Limitless Cookhouse', a restaurant that falls just on the opposite side of this. We then visited that place, and finally some sort of saved from the humiliation as we had good fun there. There not only the seating was way better but they also had one band singing at that point of time, which made my guest to dive into their grooves and forget about this pathetic encounter. So, I'll suggest everyone to visit The Sky High, if and only if the group size is beyond 4 people, or else you might have to sit on bad chairs, might have to face humiliation in front of dear one, or if your luck is great, in that case can enjoy too. So don't leave everything on luck and plan...

Read moreI am very disappoint by the staff...i went there with my bhabhi and bahiya and my friend.. we were 4 people and my bahiya bhabhi was celebrating 2nd aniversary but that staff.. He was very very rude and management team was not picking up the call. Let me tell you from start.. I called them and asked if seats are available for 4 they said yes sir but when I reach to the cafe.
1- there was no person to greet us. so we started moving upstairs 2- a person stopped us in middle and asking where are you going when we told him that I just had a conversation on phone that if seats are available. He didn't listen any further and said very rudely that you have to wait. We said .. your staff should have told us this earlier.. we would have gone to another place, 3- There were already 5 individual groups waiting before us. 4 - i try explaining him that I had a call and the person on phone told us to come.. that's why we came all the way from gurugram, we got angry and asked then why did person on call asked us to come is there is so much waiting. 5 - but this person shouted on bhabhi and said ( ye sb log kya pagal baithe hai jo wait karre h) And ( wait kerna h toh kro 1 hr lagega).. 6- I again called on that number.. but no one picked up the call.. after wasting 20mins then we left. And went to cafe right next to it (limitless).. it was also full then also the management made us seated in like 1 min and was very polite.
This was my experience..
I would have waited if that person had told me earlier that.. Sir there are chances that you may have to wait for 30min or more.. but that miss direction and that rude guy made that experience...
