Gautam's Paradise Restaurant — Restaurant in Delhi

It's my wrost experience with them today... As I am a regular customer of GAUTAM PARADISE and I am also from hospitality industry... They provide me 10 % discount on food which I don't ask to manager I request him to remove service charge from bill.. he answered very loudly that we must want this either you have to pay or our director will pay as we are four people and our bill amount is Rs. .8990/- it's 2247 per pax which is so high in Okhla area but he denied for removing service charge... It's ridiculous... In my knowledge a Manager is the key of our restaurant who is the face of it if his impression is bad then how you can make...

Area/Locality: Very bad, road is too much congested, not organized, no proper parking space.... 1 star

Front view: Its bad and not a cozy one. Not luxurious.... 2 star

Interior: okay okay....Its a bar restaurant so cannot expect more.... 3 star

Food: It was excellent and so tasty.... 5 star

Drinks: No comment's since I don't drink and I went with friends

Value for money: Its too costly compared to quantity......

Loved the ambience and the services. But some snacks disappointed us. Main course are quite good. A request to GP family please enhance the taste of snacks specially the mashrrom side of snacks. Replace your fry mushroom with mehroom manchurian or something like that in taste.
