Heaven’s kitchen — Restaurant in Delhi

A regular and one of the oldest customer of this place. When this joint opened it served delectable food at a great price. Now some months back they have increased the price and renewed the menu thats not the problem, the real problem is that since then the quality of the food has gone down especially of the non veg items. Moreover the new cashier out there taking delivery orders is too rude, he makes you wait and has even dumped the phone at times neither does he takes feedback in a positive note. He doesn't have basic courtesy to talk, he really needs to be fired. Mr. Khera if you do read this review than please do work on these points. Being one of your loyal customers I would love to continue to order from this place if things get better. You may increase the prices but don't compromise on the taste...

Ordered chicken chilli garlic noodles. Waited for 40 minuets and then received veg chilli garlic noodles. Waited for another 20 mins for the replacement. Then the delivery guy asked to return the previous incorrect order. Informed him that it is already opened and vinegar has been mixed but did not agree and wanted the noodle back. Had to transfer it back to the box where half spilled into the packet. But the worst part was the chicken chilli garlic noodle. So spicy that no one can eat it. I can understand that it is named chilli garlic but it should be eatable as well. Complete order went into the dustin where it belonged. Did not have the option to rate zero so gave 1 star....

A lot of Chinese and Indian food options ✌️ They all seemed yum but we only tried Tandoori Momos & Chicken Malai Tangri 🍗

Areyyy wahhh 🤤 pleaseee do visit if you have love for momos. Their service is good and polite, and ambience is rich inside with subtle western music (what I experienced today).
