CSC Market is a haven for Bengali food enthusiasts. The irresistible array of culinary delights found here makes it my favourite place. From the zesty jhaal muri to the savory rolls oozing with egg, chicken, or mutton fillings, the market offers everything to cater to diverse tastes. Additionally, puchka, chaat, cutlets, shawarma, and momo vendors add to your gastronomic adventure. If you want to relish authentic Bengali Meals, especially fush curry, kosha mutton/luchi or Kolkata Biriyani, you may visit - Maa Tara Restaurant Priti Bhoj Cafe Green
The market doesn't stop at savory treats. If you have a sweet tooth, you must try baked rasgulla, Shor Bhaaja, and Kancha Golla at Sweet Treats confectionery. If you are missing Kolkataar shinghara (samosa), you may count on Annapurna Sweets. They sell yummy samosas in the evening.

We had mutton kosha and luchi.
The luchis were well made, fluffy and soft.
The mutton kosha was heavenly. Very tender and juicy. It was really spicy and flavorful but not throat burning hot which was great for us.
Tomato and dates chutney was amazing. Really good flavour and perfect sweetness and sourness.
The staff is very polite and accommodating.
The eatery is small. There are 9 tables in total with 2-4 chairs each so it gets a little suffocating and congested when crowded.
The food is well priced for the quantity and taste.
Worth every...
