Absolutely Horrible Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was dust everywhere, stains on the carpet, and an unbearable musty smell. The bedding looked old and felt damp, and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with springs poking through.
The bathroom was even worse. The shower had mold growing in the corners, and the water pressure was abysmal. The towels provided were thin, worn out, and had suspicious stains on them. To top it all off, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, leading to an embarrassing and unhygienic situation.
The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing any of these issues. When I complained about the state of the room, they shrugged it off and made no effort to rectify the situation. Customer service was non-existent, more the merrier they charged me extra over my Pre-paid booking amount.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and terrible customer service made my stay extremely unpleasant. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It's not worth the money...
Read moreVery bitter experience of staying with FAB hotel le Grand..overall rooms are like staying in guest house..the first floor rooms are still better but tariff is high..there is no intercom facilities in the room ..Anything you have to order they bring it from local market and serve you as no kitchen services are there...this is like a guest house and the name should not be given as Fab hotel le Grand. Fab hotel is getting it's reputation down graded owing to this poor quality hotel services. Owing to the above bad experience I have cancelled my stay for my group for 3double bed room from 28 -12-24 to 31-12 -24..bur the call centre is not registering my cancellation nor talking about the refund of 5000/-paid as advance for booking. This I would be greatfull if the refund could be given towards the advance booking made..if my grievance is not settled I would like to take the matter with HAI./director of tourism... I booked the hotel for just 2 hours since I had a seminar to attend and wanted to freshen up in a decent hotel that wasn't too expensive. It's not as if I had very high expectations for the price I paid, yet a decent quality is expected.
All expectations were shattered and I was left fuming at the total negligence of fabhotels in this particular case. It appears they just want a booking at any cost and do not bother to check the hotel service quality and the infrastructure. My college hostels had better beds and bathroom condition. This is worse than a dharamshala experience. They should be put in jail for stealing money from us.
Stay as far away as possible for any fab hotel property now. They ruined their name by working with such hotel owners and...
