We ordered aaloo tikki, I had confirmed it with the person taking order that my order of aaloo tikki would contain curd because we didn't want to have anything heavy to digest like Chhole.

But later on chhole tikki was server instead and upon enquiry it was clear they made a mistake. I asked to change it but they asked us to manage and added a little bit of curd ( amount was even leaser than the green chutney).

Further when asked to add more curd they denied completely. Didn't take the responsibility of mistake and neither tried to help us with our desired order.

We were fasting and were extremely hungry but the rude and unacceptable behaviour of staff completely turned us back. Service was very poor. Not expected such behaviour from a highly renowned food chain like...

Absolute scam I ordered mini thali Initial upset - it was mentioned in the menu plain paranthas but they gave malabar parantha instead that were stale and very hard to eat. Later they gave thali without pulao, they said it's getting heated. When I got the rice it was simple undercooked steamed rice and not pulao. When I complained about it to the guy working there his response was pulao has peas in it nothing much difference, seriously that was his response.

The overall taste was pathetic everything tasted really bad, above that their staff behaviour and bullshit reasons really pissed me off.

Was really hungry otherwise would not have tasted there food...

I had ordered a thali from here, and the outlet took 20-25 minutes to serve it which was very disappointing, being in a metro station i expect for a faster service. Talking of the food, the taste of dal makhani was okay, the paneer served along was raw, dipped in gravy, which tasted bad, and there were 2 paranthas served along which were extremely salty. Moreover the very next morning I fell sick, due to food poisoning, which I feel was due to the paranthas as the dough might have been stale and hence was over salted to cover the flavour.
