Worst experience!! Would never suggest anyone to visit!!

Management is so irresponsible of their actions. I mistakenly paid twice for the same order and they kept all the money. Refused to give it back. I called Abhijeet and Shubham Singh They are the so called managers for HONG KONG EXPRESS After reaching out to them for more than a month received the same reply that we are checking and will call you back after 5mins or tomorrow etc etc But no revert received everrrrr. I followed up more than 2 dozen times but everytime No response. I shared artifacts of the payment being done twice but no refund.

The food that we ordered was really tasty and fresh. We ordered:

1.Chilli Potato 2.Chicken wings 3.Non veg Noodles 4.Chilli Garlic noodles

Chilly potato were very crispy and flavorful with appropriate amount of honey. Chilli garlic noodles had appropriate flavors nor too chilly not too much garlic. Non veg noodles contained both egg and chicken. The chicken wings were very tasty which were done in chinese style. The chicken was very juicy and delicuous.
